Your Event Lead
From the first walkthrough to the final guest leaving, Sarah coordinates every detail — vendor logistics, room configuration, AV setup, bar timing, and the hundred things you didn't know you needed to think about.

Private Event
We have a full in-house production setup: professional video, architectural and event lighting, projection with screen, and an elevated stage for speakers or entertainment. High-speed WiFi supports presentations, live streaming, and video conferencing. Our production team will work with yours to make sure the tech matches the moment.
The Edison Room accommodates up to 250 seated guests for dinner, conferences, or presentations, and 300+ for standing receptions, networking events, and cocktail-style gatherings. The full venue is 6,000+ sq ft on a single floor — no stairs, fully ADA accessible.
On-site parking is included with your rental. We also offer optional valet service. The venue is just off I-65 and Washington Street, 13 miles from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Easy access for attendees coming from anywhere in the metro area.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome, and we have a food prep kitchen available for your caterer's use. We also have preferred caterers who know the space well. Bar services are provided in-house and included with your rental — three package tiers (Beer & Wine, Basic, Premium) plus cash bar and signature cocktail options.
The Rosewood Room serves as a private breakout space — ideal for small meetings, phone calls, VIP prep, or a speaker green room. It includes a wet bar, mini fridge, and natural light. The Libations Lounge can also be opened or closed off from the Edison Room for a separate networking area.
